Terms and Conditions for Photo Submission

By submitting your photos ("Content") to Paradise Ridge Chamber of Commerce and WelcomeToTheRidge.com ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Grant of Rights

By submitting Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, adapt, and publish the Content in connection with promotional and marketing materials, including but not limited to social media platforms, websites, printed materials, and other promotional media.

Your Responsibilities

You affirm that you own all rights to the Content or have obtained all necessary permissions from any third parties who may have rights to the Content.

You confirm that the Content does not infringe upon the rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights, of any third party.

You agree not to submit Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.

Attribution

While we reserve the right to use the Content at our discretion, we may credit you as the creator of the Content if requested and appropriate.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the Content, including but not limited to claims of copyright infringement or violation of privacy rights.

No Compensation

Submission of Content is voluntary and does not entitle you to any compensation, monetary or otherwise, regardless of how the Content is used.

Content Usage

We reserve the right to edit, crop, or modify the Content as needed for promotional purposes.

Submission does not guarantee that your Content will be used.

Withdrawal of Consent

If you wish to withdraw your consent for us to use the Content, you must notify us in writing. However, withdrawal of consent does not apply retroactively to materials already produced or distributed.

Privacy

Your personal information (e.g., name, email) will only be used for purposes related to the submission and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California.
